• What services do you provide?
  I offer Italian translation, transcreation, writing, editing and proofreading for food, hospitality and tourism projects. Services include menu translation, linguistic review and the adaptation of AI-generated texts for Italian audiences.

• Do you work online or offline?
  I mainly work on offline materials such as menus, brochures, labels, printed guides and other content for restaurants, food brands and tourism businesses.

• Do you write in languages other than Italian?
  No. I write exclusively in Italian.

• Do you work outside the food, hospitality and tourism sectors?
  No. I specialise exclusively in food, hospitality and tourism communication.

• Can I order a single text?
  Yes! Single-text projects are welcome.

• Can you translate AI-generated content?
  Yes. I review and adapt AI-generated Italian texts to ensure they are accurate, clear and natural for the intended audience.

• Do you provide certified translations?
  No. I provide professional, non-certified translations only.

• How do I request a quote?
  Simply email me at info@transleat.it. I usually reply within 24–48 hours (Tuesday–Friday, CET).

• How are prices calculated?
  Prices depend on the type of service, the length of the text and the complexity of the project.

• What’s your workflow?

• How is payment handled?

› 50% upfront (non-refundable) and 50% upon delivery. 

› Additional revisions outside the agreed scope are charged at €40/hour.

• How long does it take to complete a project?
  Delivery times vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project.

• Can you handle urgent requests?
  No. I work according to agreed timelines to ensure each project receives the attention it deserves.

• Do I need to provide all materials?
  Not necessarily. I can start from scratch or work with what you already have.

• Can I follow the process?
  Yes, your feedback is welcome throughout the project.

• Are my materials confidential?
  Absolutely! All your documents and information are handled with strict confidentiality.
